Hi Phil..
WS is our main text book. As suggested by some teachers who used the text before, I do every activity up to the homework section (I think you have to) and variable amounts of the homework section. I try to go through the homework activities and pick the minimum number of activities which make the points of the topic or make new points. Try for no or little redundency. Specific assignment to WS are below...other assignments in BPS and on projects are not included. Sorry if too much detail.
Do you know about Dick Shaefer's Book, "Activity Based Statistics." A lot of teachers who are using a "regular textbook" are using it for activities  good stuff

WS/p 3/Read (remember your notebook) WS/p 4/1, WS/p 6/7 WS/p 6/11 WS/p 6/Read InClass Activities (remember your notebook) WS/p 710/Activities 11 through 14 (not 15). Write answers in book. WS/p 13/Activity 17/a,b,c,e,g,h WS/p 1417/Activity 18, Activity 111, Activity 114, Activity 115  TOPIC 2 WS/All material through Activity 24 (page 28) WS/Activity 25, WS/Activity 27/ construct stemplot by hand, can be checked with Minitab WS/Activity 212/this is a good Minitab exercise. Note: Minitab will give you a five number summary which is not quite the same as you would expect...we will get the exact rules in the next Topic. WS/Activity 214 WS/WrapUp p. 38  TOPIC 3 WS/Read page 39 WS/Activity 31/ (we did together in class), WS/Activity 32/ check mean and median with TI83 when done. WS/Activity 33/(a) See 21 for dotplots, Use TI83 for all calculations. WS/Activity 34/Medians can be determine from given dotplots and checked using TI83. WS/Activity 35/Data has been handed out. Use the handout APSTATS Histograms on the TI83 to enter the data by hand and produce a histogram. WS/Activity 36/Follow instructions and check with TI83.
