I highly recommend the software package Resamplings Stats. It is my
understanding that it is now on the recommended list of software packages.

This is an interesting package. I think it has been on the software
list all along. However, I don't think it REPLACES something like
Minitab. It's geared more toward simulations and the like, not
classical inference techniques.
