Duality of 1-sided conf int

The duality between two sided Tests of Significance and the corresponding
confidence interval makes sense and is important (particularly for checking
on practical significance).

I am wondering though if there is any duality for one-sided tests? My gut
feeling says no but I cannot come up with an argument which is convincing.
