We are planning to offer AP Stat for the first time next year. I would
like to know of any other teachers in the Southern CA area that are
either currently teaching it or are planning to offer it next year.

I feel overwhelmed! I haven't taken Stats since my first year of college
(1975!!) How much work am I in for? What are the positives/negatives,
etc. Will I have time for my two small children at home???

What books are most widely recommended? I especially want some
information about summer workshops. Someone suggested to go to one ONLY
AFTER the results of the first AP exam were available.
