Hi all,

Remember: Integrated Algebra replaced Math A; Geometry and Alg2Trig replace Math B. I'd put the scale more toward Math B. It won't be exactly Math B, since the level of difficulty of questions (as determined by field testing) will surely be higher for geometry questions than they will be for Alg2Trig questions, but I'd be very surprised to see a cutoff in the 30s.

I have 2 feelings on this.

First is that you are correct. It will be somewhere in the upper 30's low 40's...an average of the Algebra and Math B.

But part of me says that the Board of Regents will keep it in the low 30s for the first year or 2 until everyone gets a feel for the new tests.

I'm honestly not sure.

What is everyone's guess for the passing score for the Integrated Geometry Regents Exam? I am anticipating a raw score of 38-42. I think it will be higher than the Algebra, but less than the Math B.
