NEXTPOW2 is a buitin.
In help its clearly given.....
Please check...
NEXTPOW2(8) is 3, NEXTPOW2(7) is 3 &
NEXTPOW2(16) is 4.NEXTPOW2(10) is 4...
( 2^3 >= abs(7))
