Dear all.
Could someone point me, please, to a comprehensive source for
beginner's tensor algebra with examples ? If I have two rank-2 tensors
A and B, I need to learn how to differentiate one with respect to the
other, i.e. dA/dB, which gives me a rank-4 tensor.
Thanks a lot,
Roman
