The case where a conic section is two intersecting lines occurs when the
section is a plane passing through the vertex of the cone and containing the

The truth is proprietary to criminals lest they get caught. The truth is
proprietary to the government lest it be used to do harm. Some truth is
common knowledge like shutting the windows when it rains so the house
doesn't get wet. However withholding the truth when it could do good is as
bad as hiding the truth to avoid encrimination.
