I'm having trouble finding the reduced row echelon form of this matrix that is row equivalent to it, could someone please show me step by step how to do it?

[1__0__1]
[2__1__0]
[0__-1__1]

Thanks!

And I was wondering, is there a set of fixed steps to solve for most reduced echelon forms? Or do I have to just use logic and play around with the elementary operations each time?
