As I statted in Part 1
in order to protect my position of Discoverer,

In order to understand this Old Hebrews Time-Message
it is Utmost Important to pay attention to

assigned to the four Roman Legions, that encircled Jerusalem
during the Roman/Jewish war of 66 -73 AD
as in their "Roman Numerals" were hidden
the Encodings of this Research Data.

the four ( 4) Roman legions wich the history holds that
in the Roman/Jewish war of 66-73 AD that
surrounded the city of Jerusalem
- First Roman Legion = V Macedonica
- Second Roman Legion = XII Fulminata
- Third Roman Legion = XY Apollinaris
- Forth Roman Legion = X Fretenis
Step 2
Change the Roman Numerals in the Values of the Decimal System,
and you shall end up with:

as involved in the Encodings:

I have explained this "1764" in
"THE PARANORMAL EFFECT"
that happened to me in an evening of March 2008, when playing
with a "square" of side "1764" (through the Mathematical Model
of Geometric Point to ancient civilizations as being a square
with a perimeter separated in 8 parts), the "square of side 1764"
indicatted to me 1/8 part of perimeter as being 882 which value
you shall see that it relatted to the Paranormal Effect.
