Curve producing assembled skew "parallelograms"

Several skew quadrilaterals ABCD of side lengths ( AB=1, BC=5, CD=1,
DA=5, not parallelograms) with included skew angle 88,86,88 and 86
degrees, are connected/assembled on the shorter side ( length 1) so
that lines joining short side centers (mid-line length < 5 ) make 170
degrees successively. Find the space curve locus of A,B,C and D.
Without skewness, one obtains helices.
