Thanks hangman.

So the shape of the sample distribution is a key.

Also, I am not able to get the 06:54 number in the case of a 3 sigma confidence. I am doing the following calc.
=58 + 3*2 = 64 min
Therefore, 8.00am - 64 min = 6.56am
What am I doing wrong?
