I'd like this too. Any suggestion on how to provide a dialog that could link to help? Yair's disguised button solution:

h = figure
labelStr = '<html><center><a href="">Undocumented Matlab.com';
cbStr = 'web(''http://usmpgbd0412324.nam.corp.gm.com/energywiki/index.php/Drive_Quality_Toolbox'',''-browser'');';
hButton = uicontrol('string',labelStr,'pos',[20,20,100,35],'callback',cbStr,'parent',h);
jButton = findjobj(hButton); % get FindJObj from the File Exchange
jButton.setCursor(java.awt.Cursor(java.awt.Cursor.HAND_CURSOR));
jButton.setBorder([]);

works but I was hoping for some way to display a cell array of strings with some strings being hyperlinks and display these strings in a dialog.
