Help: translation of two german words in a Felix Klein's drawing

Greetings!

The picture available at

http://www.professores.uff.br/hjbortol/tmp/klein-01.jpg

was done by Felix Klein in one of his protocols. I'm trying to
discover what is written in the second, third and forth quadrants (I
suppose the words are written in german).

I'm also curious to know exactly what Klein was studying when he made
this picture. I've tried to search for this information at

but the server always replies with a time out.
