f(x) = (X^3 + 7X^2 + 19X + 21)/(X+3)
as x approaches -3

If we want f(x) to stay within +- .01 units of the limit, between what
two numbers must x lie?

How far to the left of x = -3 is the x-value that is less than -3?

How far to the right of x = -3 is the x-value that is greater than -3?
