Excuses me for remiting your to my web pages, but I would like to offer a wide explanation on two proposals in the manthematical field, which are are the Decimal Exponent "de" and the Priority Rule on powers and roots.
Then if you are interested, we can discuss on the same ones, or on some of their points.
