Easily done by replacing your y-coordinates with opposite sign before
feeding the list to ListPlot. You do that by

ListPlot [ N[myList] /. {x_?AtomQ,y_?AtomQ} -> {x,-y} ]

If your list is one-dimentional, then just do

ListPlot[ -myList ]
