There is a function Partitions in the standard package
DiscreteMath`Combinatorica` :

<<DiscreteMath`Combinatorica`

Partitions[5]

{{5}, {4, 1}, {3, 2}, {3, 1, 1}, {2, 2, 1}, {2, 1, 1, 1},
{1, 1, 1, 1, 1}
}
