I am using the following code to do 3way and 2way classification with
10fold crossvalidation.
I get better results when i increase the data size!!
Has any one observed this? I there someway to check this?

Is FDR a way to check? how do i implement this for this code?

cp = cvpartition(Labels,'k',10); % Stratified cross-
validation
classf = @(XTRAIN, ytrain,XTEST)(classify(XTEST,XTRAIN,...
ytrain));
cvMCR =
crossval('mcr',Data,Labels,'predfun',classf,'partition',cp);
ClassificationAccuracy = 1 - cvMCR;

Thanks fr the help.
