Hello all,
That was only slightly embarrassing... The attachment is now enclosed. I invite all students that attend school in Upstate NY (roughly defined as New York State minus NYC minus Nassau minus Suffolk) to compete on our team. NYC, Nassau, and Suffolk have their own ARML teams, and you should contact your local math teacher associations if you live in those counties.
Regards,

My mathy colleagues, The Upstate NY Math Team is currently accepting applications for its trip to the American Regions Math League championships at Penn State on June 2-4. If your students are high-performing on contests like the AMC, please print the attachment and have them send it to me. We are looking for representation from every corner of New York State, including those regions not traditionally represented on our team. If you know of a math team coach with some outstanding kids, we'd really love to show the rest of the country that New York really is a great place educationally! Thank you for any help you can give. Though the application says the due date is tomorrow, April 15, I can probably take it until the end of the month and be fine with going to Penn State.
