I have just noticed that a complete legacy run of
S\'eminaire Bourbaki is now available on NUMDAM:

http://www.numdam.org/numdam-bin/feuilleter?j=SB&sl=0

Hitherto I have always encountered a big gap corresponding
to Springer's copyright on years that were published in the
Springer LNM series.

Current years are published in the SMF Asterique series.

The moving wall for release on NUMDAM is currently
about 9 years back.

There should be vigorous pressure for math journals to
establish a moving wall for e-release at some reasoneble
distance back. Certainly I will prefer to publish in
journals that have established one.
