Subject: Grading Work on Regents

We had a student that did all their work to the standard deviation
question on the reference page. She then ripped out the page and
attached it to the question using a band aid from her body. Are we
allowed to correct this work, since technically it is attached to the
question and it was not using other scrap paper, being part of the
exam??
