Hello forum,

I'm working towards generating point cloud from a laser scan images as input. Firstly, I could able to extract only the laser stripe in my input image and obtained the pixel co-ordinates corresponding to the laser's red pixels. (There are almost 6000 co-ordinates). Is there any means by which I can make this data very crisp? From 6000 to around 500 points?

link to see the dense points:

Kindly help me out,
Thanks,
VJ
