Dear Matlab Users,
I have processed an image in 3d(xyz). Now I would like to do a thresholding operation using the Otsu's method in matlab. However, there is no such option for 3d image.
I had problems in using bwconncomp (to make 2d ->3d) since I was getting different number of objects/fusion of objects etc, therefore I switched directly to 3d segmentation. However, I dont know the best thing for making 3d binary from 3d grayscale. Any suggestions??
Thank you,
Bhavna.
