I have to simulate a discrete system with a network channel, which is
used as the feedback path and with delay that is different from the
discrete system's sampling period. How can I simulate such a hybrid
system? I have seen examples of combining continuous system and
subsystems built upon SimEvent. But it dees not apply to this case.

Thanks.
