Understanding the Mathematical Model of
the MASTER , and the PYRAMIDAL Frequencies

This Part 3 shall show the Coordonation of an unit of weight
of 29.16 grams which it was in use
BEFORE THE FRENCH METRIC SYSTEM to appear, which
- in Germany it was called COLOGNE OUNCE, and
- in England it was called OUNCE TOWER.
The researcher Livio Catulo Stecchini in an Appendix
in the book of Peter Tompkins
"SECRETS OF THE GREAT PYRAMID"
Harper & Row Publishers, New York, 1971,
ISBN 0-06-090631-6, and at page 313 says:
"I have established that the key to the metric systems
of medieval Europe is an ounce of 29.160 grams (29.16)
which is 1/1000 of an artaba of water.This ounce was made important
in Europe by the monetary reforms enacted by the Franchis Kings Pepin,
and Charlemagne. The artabic ounce was known in Europe
as the Cologne ounce, because Cologne was the seat of one
of the most important mints of the Carolingian Empire.
In England the artabic ounce was called ounce Tower,
after the mint of the Tower of London.
In England the Ounce Tower remained stable at 450 English grains...
On the European continent the Cologne ounce remained less stable,
because often it was computed as 451 grains ( to my knowledge this figure
is first mentioned in a document A.D. 1275). The reason to do this shift
was an effort to adjust the Cologne ounce to a shift in the Paris livre."
This HISTORICAL EVIDENCE found by Livio Catullo Stecchni it is of
PARAMOUNT IMPORTANCE for that;
1- It prooves that THE SUMERIAN GEOMETRIC PI VALUE
"3.14626437" SURVIVED the Dark Age of Europe, and
NOT ONLY THAT IT SURVIVED, BUT IT WAS HONOURED
by the King Pepin (the father of Charlemage), and by the Charlemagne himself,
who through their mint reforms they appears to have PROTECT IT.
2- It prooves that during the Papal State Political Control of Europe,
even that the Europe sunk into the Dark Age

SURVIVED the European Dark Age. We find this Proof
when we see that the weight of 29.16 grams of the Cologne Ounce,
and Ounce Tower is in fact relatted to THE ARTABA ( an unit of
weight of 29,160 grams), that we see it coordonated through
the number 10,000 which in the japanese it is known that it
SWASTIKA'S HIGH NUMBER.
3- It Prooves also that the so called ENGLISH GRAIN ( of .0648 grams)
it is in fact also relatted to this Swastika's High Number 10,000 as follows:
"29.16 : Sumerian Grain ( of .045 grams) x 10,000 = The English Grain", or
".0648 x 10,000 = 648"
and what it is this "648"? It is nothing else than
THE GEOMETRIC POINT
OF THE SUMERIAN NATURAL GEOMETRIC PI VALUE 3.14626437.

4- It shows that the Spiritual Beauty of the Jewish Scholars
of the then times ( of before 18 century) was not only PRESENT
in England but also in France, and Germany.
5- It prooves that THE MATHEMATICAL EXACTITUDE of
THE SUMERIAN NATURAL GEOMETRICAL PI VALUE 3.14626437
was (before 18 century) known throughout Western Europe,
and expecially in France where we find it Encoded in the Paris Livre as:
155.52 x 3.14626437 = 489.3070348 grams.

To understand this Section you must realize an Effect rarely spoken about
by the todays so "distinguished" University Professors and Academicians.
This Effect it is THE BASE on which Civilization operates today
and they can not make it public
unless take the Risk having been thrown out from Universities
or becaming Persons Non Grata.
Let's Explain it through few Samples:
a- No GOVERNMENT of any Nation can Control such Nation
unless uses a Body of Laws and through
it puts Fear in the Mind of the People.
To give Support to such Body of Laws a multitude of "tools"
are being used: (a) in Positive Form : Salaries, Titles, Decorations, etc,
or(b) in Negative Form : Police, Justice, Fines, Jails. etc.
b- A RELIGION can not controll the Believers and milk them of money
unless it puts FEAR in the Mind of the Beleivers.
c- An ARMY can not controll the Soldiers unless their Brainwash them
in the begining, and then using a Body of Laws makes them
to go TO DIE for the Reasons the Politiciens finances such Army.
d- An ANIMAL can not be controlled unles FEAR it is put into its brain
that if does not do what is asked to do through signs, and voice
a Punishment shall follow.
This EFFECT appears that was also Sensed by the ancients civilizations sages
when they came out with the 5125 years cycle that we see it mainly in
the Aztec calendar.
Let's then see this "5125" how appears relatted to:
- COLOGNE OUNCE ( of Germany) and
OUNCE TOWER( of England).
Please became familiar with the 1st Master Ferequencies of:
- OUNCE........1st Master Frequency = 13456
