running the simulation from the command window

I have written a model with some parameters in a .m-file. I want to run my code from the Matlab command window instead of going to .m-file always and changing parameters and simulate the model.

I have already written a code that on run, will ask 'which parameter you need to change?', etc. It works. But the code is very long itself (because I have several parameters, and can change multiple parameter values at a time).

does anyone have idea to come up with a shorter code?

thanks for help,
