Another MathForum post that didn't travel far

A recent MathForum post by pbillet from Paris didn't make it to the Italian Aioe.org NNTP server that a number of people are relying on; this is rectified below. One of the posters affected by these failures should perhaps inform the MathForum administrators that their outgoing connection to usenet is unsatisfactory.

V 0.19 :  Lagrange interpolation using Newton polynomials  sample applied to quantile and median.
