angle division

Hello everyone.
I found interesting quotes by Newton and Leibniz concerning the use of the cycloid for solving the General Angle division (namely, the problem of dividing an arbitrary angle into any number of equal parts).
I am interested in a purely geometrical construction (which avoids, in other words, recourse to calculus or analytic geometry), since I am interested in the use of the cycloid during mid XVIIth century, when its analytic expression had not been developed yet.
Does anyone know a recent or ancient text in which a geometrical solution of the section of the angle is given, using the cycloid?
Thank you in advance for your help, Davide
