Hi everyone! I just have a question about expiration dates on courses. For example, I teach Pre-Algebra up through MAT 150(College Algebra) and Math for Elementary Teachers. These classes all have prerequisites of the preceding classes before you can take the next class. My question is, does your institution have a time limit on how long a class can be considered "good"? For example, if a student completed Pre-Algebra ten years ago, is that class still considered "good" as the prerequisite for the next class even though it has been ten years?
Thanks! Amanda
