I mostly took pure math classes in my undergrad (algebra, analysis, topology, geometry, etc etc), but things have changed and I'll be going to graduate school for applied mathematics. I feel that I should probably try to teach myself some new topics before hitting grad school and would strongly appreciate some suggestions (either open courses or good textbooks) for the following topics, OR any other topics I should study:

Ordinary differential equations
Partial differential equations
Numerical analysis
Dynamical systems

I'd also appreciate any other instructive information you have regarding what I should catch up on. Thanks!
