Regarding the Japanese Standards and the U.S. Common Core State
Standards [CCSS], there are similarities and differences.

You can visit the following site to find the English version of the
Japanese Standards, Course of Study [COS], for elementary and
secondary school levels. You can find the English translation of the
teaching guides that accompany with these COS at the site. And you
can view the CCSS, as well.
