Tthe Benjamin Banneker Association is commemorating its 25th
anniversary at the NCTM annual meeting this year, and has selected
and will be honoring 25 students and teachers from across the country
to receive BBA STEM-ulus Materials .

Also at the Annual BBA Breakfast on April 27, Robert Parrish Moses of
the Algebra Project will receive the First Annual BBA Lifetime
Achievement Award for Mathematics, for his tireless work with the
Algebra Project that has been responsible for opening the doors of
access and opportunity for Black children to have ownership of
excellence in their mathematical talent.
