I forget exactly where I saw the list. I believe it was a link from the page you shared, but it provided what seemed to be a listing of eligible schools- maybe that is more of a "preferred" list as I believe they were schools in need of improvement.

The College Board now has a confirmed Buffalo site for the June 25-29th STEM Professional Development Training. Training in the Buffalo area will now take place at the Emerson School of Hospitality (Buffalo PS), 70 West Chippewa Street, Buffalo, NY 14202, Contact: Serena Restive. If you wish to attend the June training session, please complete the application by May 15th. It can be found at https://jotformpro.com/form/20856257000951 .
There will also be one session in July and one in August. Dates to be announced shortly. Each participant will attend one 30 hour week-long session this summer.
