Hello All,

I have a 512 X 512 X 512 matrix, a volume with 10-20 different shaped blobs (circle, oval etc.). What approaches can I take to color-code this based on thickness of the blobs ? Each blobs are separated from each other.

Thanks in advance.

Mathew
