Here is the reference post which I said in my last post would be
forthcoming.

Please note that: i) values for all regressions still in Excel; ii)
I'm asking you for a computation or estimate in Sections II and III,
whenever you have a chance to get to them.

Finally, please note that I now have to compute all the above tables
using S63 and C711 rather than S63 and S63R (where C711 is the
"companion" dicodon control group for S63, encoding the same 49
dipeptides as S63.) These S63/C711 tables will be in my next post.

The overall regression of ln[c/u] on ln[c/L] is different in the two
sets (random vs actual), but none of the differences relative to e
are
reliable.

With respect to your conclusion here, could you indicated what degree
of difference between S63 and S63R for e_low and e_high would be
signficant? E.g given ?0.62...? as the e_low value for S63, how much
lower than ?0.44...? would the e_low value for S63R have to be in
order to be considered reliable?
