singleCompThread on compiled program?

I'm in the process of moving a large simulator program to a compiled version; and it already runs correctly. A rather strange effect is, that the executable loads the machine way larger than the direct matlab call would do. I tracked down, that the local matlab runs with -singleCompThread (which gives me OK performance and regular load i.e. load+1 for each matlab running).

Is there a possibility to have singleCompThread as option to the compiler or the executable also?
