Geometry Regents Procedure

I am 99% certain that a student is not permitted to use protractors or
those really nice compasses that have a compass on them, but I can't find any
documentation to confirm my notion. I figured that because the Regents
instructions specified that each student must have a graphing calculator, a
ruler, and a compass for the exam, which means anything else is not allowed,
considering that a protractor is required on the Physics Regents and
specified as such in its instructions.

Any help would be appreciated. Enjoy your last two weeks of classes.
