Dear colleagues,

This is to draw your attention to the Constructionism 2012 Conference to
be held in Athens in just over two months:

Please take a look at the site where you will also find videos of
events from the 2010 Conference held in Paris. The location will be
at the Metropolitan Hotel, 15 minutes from the city center towards
the seaside.

Even though constructionism has a life of more than 40 years, it
continues to inspire an evolving and fore-running community with
vision and creative ideas of how to use technologies for
life-long learning. At the conference, we will no doubt be wanting to
formulate new questions and challenges and exchange new ideas and
recent experiences. Technological development, societal change and
educational trends pose a challenge for our community to give a push
to position
constructionist epistemology in educational practices more clearly
and widely, to shape constructionist theory and practices in the
future, to learn from experiences and to develop clearer ways to
describe them and their value in order to make connections with and
show the relevance to
wider communities.

Please note that there is a June 30 deadline for reduced registration fees.
