Call for Papers: RCML / Tulsa, OK

40th Annual Meeting February 28 - March 2, 2013 Tulsa, Oklahoma
The Research Council on Mathematics Learning seeks to stimulate,
generate, coordinate, and disseminate research efforts designed to
understand and/or influence factors that affect mathematics learning.
Our conference is small (typically an attendance between 80 and 120)
which allows for both formal and informal interactions. We are
especially interested in "works in progress." This conference is a
wonderful opportunity for faculty and graduate students to present
their ideas and receive feedback from some of the leading mathematics
educators in the country.
Speaker proposals are due no later than September 17, 2012 to the
RCML website at http://web.unlv.edu/RCML/conference2013
RCML publishes conference proceedings for selected papers submitted
and accepted as conference presentations. You are encouraged to
prepare and submit a paper for the conference proceedings. The due
date for conference proceeding papers is October 22, 2012. Submit
papers via the RCML website http://web.unlv.edu/RCML/conference2013.
All submitted proceeding papers will be double-blind peer reviewed.
Before preparing and submitting your paper, review the Proceedings
Submission Guidelines document found on the RCML website. Please note
that acceptance to present at RCML does not guarantee that your paper
will be accepted for publication in the conference proceedings. The
review process for proposals and proceedings papers are separate from
one another. All listed authors for a proceedings paper must register
for the conference.

Please Note: All presenters are required to register for the meeting
by January 20th. If not registered by that time, proposal will not
appear in conference program and paper will not appear in conference
proceedings.
