Herewith, attached, for your kind attention, is an outline of some practical means to reduce 'The Gap' (if any such thing actually exists) - or to accomplish any worthy aim or objective.
[It may not help to accomplish any 'unworthy' aim or objective. (Not because it 'knows' that a specific aim or objective is unworthy - but because the people holding such aim or objective generally themselves know in their own hearts that it is unworthy and therefore are unlikely to do the quite hard work to accomplish it)].
