Using C Math Library with Borland C++ 4.02

Hi,
Has anyone out there successfully compiled, linked AND RUN a stand alone application written in Borland C++ (version 4.02) which uses the MATLAB C Math Library ?
I can compile and link my application OK, but when I run it, Windows95 gives me the following error message:
"<application> has caused an error and will not run"
Where <application> is the name of the programme.
If I press the details button on the error message box, it tells me that the error is:
exception 10H in module LIBMATLB.DLL at 023f:005126e3.
Does anyone know how to fix this ?
Replies by e-mail would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
