[Q] FMEX experiences?

Any experienced FMEX experts there?
I'm trying FMEX based on (1) NDP Fortran 3.2 (2) Phar Lap TNT 386link V6.1 under PC/Win95/DOS mode. The MATLAB V. is V4.2c1.
The version of (1) is lower. The (2) is higher V. Can I do this? I tried but failed due to the lack of following 3 files
%NDP%\lib\crt10d.obj %NDP%\lib\lf3hd.lib %NDP%\lib\lf3hds.lib
Any one can help me by sending me these files? The linker '386LINK' caused several final linking errors. I can try a lower version. Or, the errors are induced by the lack of the above 3 files.
I'm very tired in FMEXing! Why ONLY NDP is supported? NDP is with small user population. Why not MS Fortran compiler like PowerStation?
I will be very appreciate any hint in FMEXing.
