Classify rows in a matrix ?

I have a matrix A for example;

A = 45 60 70 80 30 40
20 40 60 80 10 10
16 40 60 70 80 90
45 50 50 80 90 70

Each row in the matrix corresponds to a particular frequency. How can I classify/ compare each row against each other to determine if any rows are same class as another row (basically if any 2 frequencies belong to the same class) ?

I was thinking of taking each row as Training data and the matrix 'A' as the Sample and applying the knnclassification function in MATLAB, but am not sure if this is the best approach.

- Thanks,
Mathew
