Simulations with Simulink: HELP

I am trying to simulate the movement of an AGV with Matlab and
Simulink, and I have a problem: in each step of simulation a new
series of data (position and so on) is generated and stored as
a row of a matrix: one row per step. But I want to use these data
as parameters for the next step, and Simulink cannot use the new
data from the workspace until simulation is finished.
Is there a way to incorporate the new data to the current
simulation?
