3D rotations of surface plots?

Is there a means of rotating the surface plots produced by plotes (used
with errsurf in the neural network toolbox). I am aware of solution 5042
which recommends using FROT3D (fuzzy logic toolbox) or PDEROT3D (Partial
differential equation toolbox), but unfortunatly do not have either of
these toolboxes.
