MEX files.

I am developing a FORTRAN MEX file that simulates a process plant. During
the simulation, I write data to an output file so that I can store a history
of the data.

When the MEX file runs, I have noticed that NOT ALL the data is written to
the file although the program runs to completion. (the program calculates
all the data...this was concluded when I wrote the data to the screen)

I was wondering if anyone has come across this before. Is it something to do
with the "mxAtExit" command?

regards

Richard Derbyshire.
