C++ MEX-FILES

I'm trying to use a C++ routine for neural networks and to get a
MEX-file with WATCOM 10.0 Compiler.
After compiling my file,cppmex.bat script file can't find the libraries
at the right place.
I tried to launch by command line (wlink FILE filename.obj LIBPATH path)
and it finds the libraries but I get the following error:
mexAtExit is an undefined reference
mxGetPr is an undefined reference
main is an undefined reference
What could it depend on ?
