I'm looking for a way to every Nth sample of a given sequence. For example,
given a vector x(t), I would lke to create another vector xn(t) that contains
every Nth value of x(t).

N = 3;
x(t) = [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8...];
xn(t) = [1, 4, 7,...];

I guess I could make an m-file to do this on my own...however I would prefer
not to reinvent the wheel. Any pointers will be appreciated.
