Hello everyone,

I have an XYZ data set, where X and Y represent a line. I want to plot Y
vs. X with each point being represented by a color depending on the value
of Z. I would like the result to be a virtually solid line with the Z
values being mapped to the colormap, i.e I would like to be able to put a
color scale bar on the plot.

MATLAB ver 4.2c1

I appreciate any input,
Thanks
Rob
